Our customers enjoy PT663's low domestic and international rates as well as outstanding quality of connections. Rates include 3.6 cents/min state-to-state from most states, and international rates like Germany for 5 cents/minute, the U.K. for 4.9 cents/minute and Russia for 9.3 cents/min (Moscow for only 4.6 cents/min; St. Petersburg 5.3 cents/min).
